Assignment of lease and release of mortgage of 24 May 1773 by William Eaves, gentleman, and William Lord, wheelwright, both of Stratford-upon-Avon, surviving executors of the will of Henry Turbitt, to Edward Paine of Stratford-upon-Avon, victualler; Thomas Nott, surgeon, Charles Henry Hunt, gentleman, both of Stratford-upon-Avon, trustees of William Thompson of Wellesbourne, eldest brother of Jane Cleaver, deceased, widow of Thomas Cleaver, deceased, and William Paine of Stratford-upon-Avon, stonecutter, being parties to the deed.
