Covenant to declare the uses of a recovery suffered by Edmund Rawlins of Clement's Inn, co. Midd., gent., and John Watkins of Clifford Chambers, yeoman, of two messuages in Stratford-upon-Avon, viz. in High Street and Elye Street, with a close adjoining Tynkers Lane or Scholars Lane, viz. that the same shall enure to the use of William Smith of Stratford, haberdasher.
