Covenant to declare the uses of a fine levied by William Hiccox, junior, of Stratford-upon-Avon, butcher, and Elizabeth his wife, daughter of William and Elizabeth Atwood, (the latter being daughter and heir of Edmund Hathaway, late of Shottery), Amy Atwood of Stratford, spinster, sister of the said Elizabeth Hiccox, Thomas Bromfeild of Shottery and Margaret his wife, Thomas Underhill of Fulready, gent., and John Peytoe, alias Peatow of Lapworth, cordwainer, & Anne his wife to Michael Edwards of Stratford, cordwainer, William Gibson of Shottery, gent., and William Ward of Henley-in-Arden, butcher, and Anne his wife, viz. that a messuage etc. in Stratford in Henley Street shall enure to the use of the said Michael Edwards, a messuage, etc. in Shottery to the use of the said Thomas Bromfeild and Margaret his wife, in tail, a close in Fulready to the use of the said William Gibson and two acres of meadow in Henley-in-Arden to the use of the said William Ward and Anne his wife.
