Description:

Conveyance for the sum of £150 by Francis Bridges of Beauchamp Court Lodge, gent., to George Freeman of Beoley, co. Worc., yeoman and Edward Huband alias Hibbots of Egiocke, yeoman (Edmund Chambers of Studley, gent., being party) of a messuage wherein the said Edward Huband now dwelleth with lands in Egiocke Cladsall, and Bowles in the parish of Inkberrow, now or late in the same occupation, lately conveyed to the grantor by one Richard Amphlett, gent., and Edward Huband, father of the said Edward, free of all incumbrances except a mortgage to one Arthur Bagshaw, gent.

 

Witnesses: Matthew Bridge, Edmund Chambers, William Freeman, Charles Clent.

 

Same date, appended to the above, conveyance for 6 days and agreement to sell by Frances Bridges.
