Grant according to agreement of 1 May 1604 by William Barrett of Whytley in the parish of Wootton Wawen, yeoman, Margaret his wife and John Barrett his son and heir, to Richard Holmes of Henley-in-Arden, tanner and John Holmes his son of a cottage in Henley-in-Arden, between a cottage in the tenure of widow Cole on the south side and the mansion house of the said Richard Holmes on the north side. Witnesses: Christopher Holmes, John Hemming, Richard Barrett, William Poole, mercer, William Baker, Robert Slye, Thomas Collens. Bond for performance of covenant, dated 1 May 1604. |
