Grant by William Knyght of Beoley, co. Worcs., yeoman, for £5 to William Pirry of Packwood and Margery his wife of a tenement with garden etc. in Henley-in-Arden next the tenement of John Whatley on the north and that of Hugh Cole (part of the possessions of the Guild of Henley now disolved) on the south now in the occupation of Elizabeth Hall.

 

Witnesses: Daniel Baker, bailiff, Thomas Homes, John Grene, Richard Barret, Ralph Downne and Anthony Best, scrivener.
