Description:

Copy release by Katherine Kirby of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow, to Richard Hill of Henley-in-Arden, late of Snitterfield, yeoman, of all interest in thirty acres of tillable land in Henley-in-Arden, Whitle and Wootton Wawen, late in the occupation of Thomas Wheeler, and also four acres of meadow in the said common fields of Whitle and in certain places called Foxley in the same tenure.

 

Witnesses: William Debancke, Richard Gibbard, Joyce Atwood.

 

Copy certified by William Knight, William Chambers, John Holmes, to which is appended a copy of Indenture of Fine, Easter Term 11 James (1613) between Richard Hill, plaintiff and Thomas Kerby and Katherine his wife, deforciants, concerning the premises specified in the above deed.
