Description:

Conveyance by Thomas Nash of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., and Anne his wife, one of the daughters and co-heirs of Godith Bulstrode late of Nether Worton, co. Oxon., deceased, to Richard Purefey of Pichley, co. Northants., gent., for the sum of £833.6s 8d of the Manor house and 5 yard lands belonging, situate at Nether Worton in the parish of Michell Tew, co. Oxon., and another house called Rymels Farm and two yard lands and a half belonging and another house called Darets and half yard land, all which premises were late in the tenure of one William Bond and Godith his wife.

 

Witnesses: Nicholas Bukke, Thomas Barker, Thomas Emylie, Francis Moose, Arthur Thorne.

 

Endorsed with a mention of Cecily Priest alias Prise one of the daughters and co-heirs of Godith Bulstrode, deceased.
