A surrender by Samuel Bracebridge Esq. to Elizabeth Power wife of Samuel Power of a "quatron and demid' quatron" of a burgage in Atherstone in the tenure of the above Samuel Power lying between the house and land of Richard Preston on one side and the house and land of Philip Launder now in the occupation of Richard Goodwin on the other side.
