Description:

Conveyance by Ambrose Arden of Longcroft in the parish of Yoxall, esq., to Edward Clifton of Coventry, weaver, in consideration of £20 of a messuage and garden in the occupation of the said Edward Clifton, situated on the north side of Spon Street, Coventry, between a tenement and garden now or late in the tenure of John Berrie on the east side and a tenement and garden now or late in the occupation of Robert Cutter on the west 'all which said messuage or tenement and garden lawfully and rightfully descended from and after the death of Christian Arden, mother of the said Ambrose Arden, unto the said Ambrose Arden as sonne and heire of the said Christian Arden.'

 

Warranty against the said Ambrose and Mary his wife.
