Worcester, esq., and Mary his wife to Stephen Halford of Obden in the parish of Dodderhill, gent., of a farm house and lands in Bonehill in the parish of Tamworth in the occupation of William Cleybrook - reciting a conveyance bearing date 18 December 1650 by William Steele esq., Recorder of the City of London, Thomas Cooke, William Bosevile, John Sparrow, William Kenwrick, and others, trustees for the sale of crown lands to the said Andrew Yarranton.
