Lease granted by Robert Spencer of Oldthroppe, co. Northants., esquire, to Richard Blunte of Priors Hardwick, gent., of the moiety of the tithes, etc. of lands in Hardwick lately enclosed by Ralph Blunt, gent., deceased, father of the said Richard, for a term of 21 years at a rent of 16 shillings.
