Grant by Frankline Miller of Hide Hall, Herts., and Dame Jane his wife, to Samuel Phillips the younger of Stratford-upon-Avon of a tenement in Greenhill Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, in the occupation of Edmund Griffin; appointment of Samuel Phillips the elder of Stratford aforesaid as attorney to deliver possession.
