Covenant to declare the uses of a fine levied by Thomas Tayler of Stratford, baker, and Anne his wife, William Canning of Halford, yeoman, and Joseph Hunt of Shipston-upon-Stour, gent., and Judith his wife, viz. that a messuage, etc. in Stratford, in Swine Street or Kly Street, shall be to the use of Thomas Biddle, weaver, and Mary his wife, a messuage etc., in Stratford, in Wood Street, to the use of Joseph Bruce, and a messuage, etc., in Halford to the use of the said William Canning.
