Record of a plea in the Upper Bench at Westminster, Hilary term, 1650/51, Francis Anckhorne, plaintiff, v. William Smyth and Nathaniel Smyth, defendants, for ejecting him from a messuage and lands at Fullready, leased to him by Edward Underhill, esq., on 9 November 1649 for 7 years, the hearing being referred to the assizes at Warwick. Writ of summons to the jury in the above case with the names of the panel.
