Description:

Declaration on a mortgage by Thomas Clopton of Clopton, esq., to Richard Andrewes of Thorpe Underwood, co. Northants., gent., and Edward Handes of Offchurch, yeoman, of lands called Wheeler's Hill, Little Park, Wheeler's close, Poole Leasowe, etc., in Clopton for £1000 to the effect that the said Richard and Edward were trustees for Robert Knightly of Offchurch, esq.

 

Endorsed with an assignment of the mortgage by Eleanor Knightley, relict and executrix of the above Robert, to Robert his son, dated 18 November 1656.
