Lease from William Clopton of Clopton, 'squyer' to Humfrey Plemley of Stratford-upon-Avon, mercer, of a 'lesewe', late in the tenure of Thomas Trentham, for 12 years, at the yearly rent of 26 sh. 8d. and a 'coppell of good capons'.
Dated 6 May 2 Edward VI.
Seal attached but impression obliterated.
Endorsed: 'Humfrey Plymleys lese for a lessewe in Ingon'.
