Grant from Johanna Iremonger of Alcettur, widow, to John Clopton of Stratford-upon-Avon and Johanna his wife, of all her lands and tenements in Stratford in Rother strete, opposite the tenement called Colyers, which she had of the grant of Thomas Mayell of Stratford, her husband. With letters of attorney to Henry Skynner of Alcettur, to give seisin.
Witnesses: Thomas Clopton, esq., Roger Pagett, Richard Stowe, Thomas Couper, under-bailiff of Stratford, John Tetursale and others.
