Grant from Thomas Mayell of Stratford upon Avene, draper, and Johanna his wife, late wife of William Rokysley, of the same, to John Greswolde, John Mayell, junior, of Stratford and Thomas Leeke of the same, of all their lands, tenements, rents, etc. in co. Warwick and all their goods and chattels wheresoever within the same county.

Witnesses: Richard Halle, Thomas Chacombe, bailiffs of Stratford, Hugh Salford of the same, John Kynge, John Harope, etc.
