Assignment by Mary Hart of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow and administratrix of Shakespear Hart junior, late of the same town, glazier, to John Tibbatts of Warwick, cordwainer and Elizabeth his wife (late Elizabeth Southam) for £12 12s 0d, of her joint share with the said John and Elizabeth in a lease from the Mayor etc. of Stratford to Edward Ainge, dated 5 November 1735, of a messuage in Henly Street between messuages of Elizabeth Burman on the east part and John Walker on the west for 41 years at a yearly rent of 12 shillings and a couple of capons.
