Lease for a year and release by Edward Clopton of Clopton esq. to Thomas Mason of New Inn, co. Middx., gent., of the manors of Clopton, Bridgetown, Ingen alias Ington and Ryen Clifford, four yard-lands in the common fields of Old Stratford, Welcomb and Bishopton, in the tenure of Thomas George and Jonathan Southam, Clopton Meadow alias Avon Meadow adjoining Welcomb Meadow, in Old Stratford, a tenement in Chapel Lane in Stratford-upon-Avon in the tenure of John Baxter and all other his messuages, lands, etc. in Clopton, Bridgetown, Ryen Clifford, Old Stratford and Stratford-upon-Avon; to the intent that a Common Recovery may be had of the same to enure to the only proper use and behoof of the said Edward Clopton.
