Lease for a year and release by William Pemberton of Stratford, innholder, and Dorothy his wife to Robert Petey of Rowington, yeoman, and John Campden of Bromwell Hall in Lapworth, yeoman, of the Three Tuns in Bridge Street, Stratford, as above, no. 385, in the tenure of Benjamin FLAVELL, a messuage on the east side thereof in the tenure of Josiah Freeman and a little lane between the streets on the west side, in trust to the use of Catherine, wife of William Walford of Stratford, shoemaker, for her life and at her death to the use of Robert Richards, her son by her first husband Robert Richards, late of Stratford, tailor, in tail, with remainder to the said William Walford.
