Assignment by Richard Wilcox, junior, of Minworth, in Curdworth, yeoman, to Thomas Milward of Curdworth, esq., for £18 of a lease from Edward Darcy of Dartford, co. Kent., esq., dated 13 June 1667, of a messuage etc., 25 acres of land, 16 acres of meadow, and 40 acres of pasture in Sutton Coldfield, Minworth, Curdworth and Wigginshall for the life of the said Richard Wilcox and Catherine Clarke, daughter of Henry [?Favell], of Weston Wavell, co. Northt.
