Release by Katherine Cookes of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow, to Thomas Sowtham of the same, woolman, for £4. 10s. 0d of the messuage, etc. in Henley Street, Stratford, mortgaged, as above, no. ER3/366, 20 June 1685, the mortgagors, Henry Cookes and Josiah Sowtham, being since dead and payment of principal and interest being altogether in default.
