Lease for six months and Release by Edward Owen of Clifford Chambers, co. Glouc., gent., to Robert Hitchcox, gent., son and heir of Isaac Hitchcox, late of Roydon, co. Essex, gent., and of Frances his wife (the said Frances, as guardian of Robert Hitchcox an infant, being a party) of the messuage in Stratford, as above, no. ER3/345, Isaac Hitchcox being 'cousin' and heir of Thomas Hitchcox there named, and son and heir of Robert Hitchcox, late of Ware, co. Herts., who was son and heir of Richard Hitchcox, late of Ware, who was brother of Thomas Hitchcox. Witnesses: Joseph Johnson, Michael Field, John Millward
