Description:

Assignment by Edward Canninge of Upper Eatington, butcher (with consent of Jackson Morrell of Atherston upon Stower, yeoman) to William Gibson of Shottery, gent., for £124 of two mortgages from Jackson Morrell to Edward Canninge of lands in Old Stratford, Bishopton and Welcombe, dated 2 May 1670 and 15 March 1672 , as above, nos. ER3/347-348, to hold for the residue of the terms of 200 years, with right of actual possession if the said Jackson shall make default in paying £3 14s 0d on 16 October and £127 14s 0d on 16 April 1677.
