Description:

Deed of sale by Edward Underhill of Meene [Meon], co. Glos., esq., and Mary his wife, to Edward Canning of Upper Eatington, butcher, and Anne his wife for £46 of a tenement and close and a quarter of a yard land in Upper Eatington in the tenure of Susan Weoly and Anne Weoly with pasture for two beasts and ten sheep, to hold to the said Edward Canninge for life, with remainder to the said Anne for life, if she remain a widow, otherwise as the said Edward shall devise by will and in default to his heirs and assigns.
