Will of Nicholas Wells of Upper Eatington, yeoman, bequeathing to his only son Nicholas his house, 4¼ yard land, etc. in Eatington, charged with payments of debts and legacies, viz. to his daughter Elizabeth Miles 1 shilling, to his daughter Mabel Lucas £20, to his daughter Katherine Wells £5 a year till she be 21 years of age and then £100. Witnesses: Elizabeth Allen, Anne Reeve, Thomas Reeve. Copy 'extracted out of the Registry of the Consistory Court of Worcester'. |
