Description:

Probate of the will of Richard Eden of Oxhill, yeoman, dated 11 January 1719/20, bequeathing his house 'quartern land' etc. to Mary Eden, his wife, for life, then to Anne Paine, his daughter, for life, and then to William Paine, eldest son of John Paine and of the said Anne, and his heirs for ever, on condition that he pay £5 a piece to Mary Paine, Anne Paine, John Paine, Elizabeth Paine, Richard Paine and Thomas Paine, the testator's other grandchildren, etc.

 

Witnesses: Thomas Gibbins, John Harriss, Charles Holton.

 

With probate attached, granted to Mary Eden; Worcester.
