Articles of agreement for the sale by Thomas Neale of Fenny Compton, gent., and Mary his wife, to Samuel West of Bridgtowne in Old Stratford, gent., for £435, of a messuage in Welford, called Quintons, in the tenure of William Kempson, with the seats in Welford church enjoyed by the said William and Mary his wife, a close called Quintons Close in the tenure of Thomas Rogers, junior, baker, and a yard land, etc. in Welford, all being in the tenure of the same William Kempson and Thomas Rogers.
