Lease from Charles James of Bourton-on-the-Hill, co. Glouc., yeoman, to John Rogers of Adminton in Quinton, co. Glouc., yeoman, and Harry Hayward of Naunton, in Winchcombe, co. Glouc., yeoman, of a messuage etc. half a yard land and half a quarter of a yard land in Bourton-on-the-Hill in the hundred of Tewkesbury, now or late in the tenure of Thomas Caning, for 51 years for £60 in hand and at a peppercorn rent. Witnesses: Arthur Jully, Thomas Warkman. Endorsed with acquittance for £60, as above. |
