Lease for a year from Joshua Bradley, gent., son and heir of Joshua Bradley of Stourbridge, co. Worc., gent., deceased and Hannah Bradley, widow, his mother, to John Hunt, gent., son and heir of John Hunt, late of Birmingham, gent., and John Hammond of Winwoods in Kinlett, co. Salop, gent., of a messuage, garden, etc. in the tenure of Edward Hallen, a tanhouse, garden and close in the tenure of Joseph Carpenter, a close called Mill field in the tenure of Edward Henzey Broad, glassmaker, and seven dwelling houses in the several tenures of John Perrins, William Wassell, junior, Nicholas Blick, George Paul, Thomas Paul, John Eveson and Humphrey Tyrer, all being in Stourbridge in the parish of Old Swinford, co.Worc., together with a meadow adjoining the 'Stower' called the King's Meadow in Amblecott in the said parish of Old Swinford, co. Staff.
