Staff., locksmith, Susannah his wife, and Elizabeth Slater of Bromley, spinster (the said Susanna and Elizabeth being daughters and co-heirs of John Slater, late of Bromley) to Joshua Bradley of Stowerbridge, co. Worc., gent., of a meadow called Warners Moore Meadow of 1½ acres in Wordsley in Kingswinford, having land of George Northall on the north and lately in the tenure of Edmund Hoskins, the elder, for 99 years, for a payment in hand of £28; with warranty against Richard Raybold and Joyce his wife, late wife of John Slater.
