Deed of sale by John Gibbs of Welford, husbandman, to John Chance of Saintborough, co. Glouc., husbandman, for £30, of a cottage, divided into two tenements in the occupation of the said John Gibbs and Elizabeth Tysoe in Welford; with warranty against the heirs of Edward Caninge, etc.

 

Witnesses: Samuel Phillips, Samuel Barnard, Richard Phillips; and to seisin John Oakly, Benjamin Chance.

 

With bond in £60, to perform covenants, attached.
