Glouc., yeoman, for £38, of a cottage and close called 'Jack Gubbill' in Fullready in the parish of Eatington and 'two lands, selions or rudges arrable with their hades baulkes or meeres' in the common fields of Upper Eatington, all which premises were purchased by Richard Merrill, father of the said Richard, from William Halford junior of Halford.
