Conveyance by Philip Brookes, senior, of Evesham, co. Worc., ironmonger, and Philip Brookes, junior, of the same, ironmonger, his son and heir, to Thomas Harris of South Littleton, co. Worc., yeoman, for £70, of a close of 12 acres lately converted into tillage, commonly called Coleys ground and heretofore in the tenure of Thomas Savage in Offenham, co. Worc.
