Worc., esq., John Midlemore, his son and heir, and Bridgett wife of the said John, to William Bell of Alvechurch, co. Worc., yeoman, for £266. 13s. 4d of a messuage etc. called Blakedons at Wredenhall in King's Norton in the tenure of John Newey, with a meadow and moor, two closes called Woodcroftes, a close called Longlandes, a leasowe called Crabtree leasowe, and a leasowe called Lydiate field, in the tenure of, or adjoining, land of Edward Newey, William Justice, Richard Broomefield, William Becke, William Wilkes, and Hugh Moore.
