Description:

Mortgage by William Moores of Souldrop, co. Bedf., yeoman, to Martha Blackeford of Oxhill, widow, of a messuage, orchard, etc. in the occupation of William Russell and Mary Morres in Oxhill for 200 years, to secure the payment of £10 on 18 April 1683, with interest at 12 shillings a year.

 

Witnesses: Edward Eden, John Blackford, Thomas Ward.

 

Endorsed with an assignment, 27 April 1686 (discharged of the proviso for redemption) to Edward Eadon of Oxhill, yeoman, to the use of Richard Eadon of Oxhill, yeoman, for £11 paid by the said Richard to Martha Blackford and £9 to William Moores.

 

Witnesses: Thomas Ward, Isaac Ward, John Blackford, Anthony Eden.
