Description:

Indenture between Thomas Collins of Preston-upon-Stower, co. Glouc., yeoman, on the one part and John Maunsell and Thomas Timbrell of the same, yeoman, on the other part, declaring the intent of the fine of two messuages, three cottages, and 1½ yard land in Preston, as above, nos. 163, 164, to be that the same shall enure to the use of the said Thomas Collins, his heirs and assigns.
