Extract from the Court Roll of the manor of Cradley, co. Worc., recording that at a Court Baron of Sir Henry Lyttelton, Bart., Richard Cove, Martha his wife and Mary Lyttle, widow, surrendered a cottage and lands, adjoining lands of Richard Amphlett, Robert Wakeman, Thomas Jeston, etc. to the use of Joshua Newbrough, by way of mortgage to secure the payment of £100 with interest at 6 per cent.

 

Endorsed with acquittance and release by Joshua Newbrough.
