Description:

Conveyance by Thomas Hallifax of Dalesford, co. Worc., yeoman, to John Crispe of Chipping Norton, co. Oxon., gent., of three closes in Weston-sub-Edge, co. Glouc., late in the tenure of Robert Hiron, yeoman, and now in the tenure of the said Thomas Hallifax; in trust that a Common Recovery of the same may be prosecuted against him by Matthias Huntley of Chipping Norton, the said Robert Hiron being vouched to warranty, to the only use of Thomas Hallifax and his heirs.
