Assignment by Richard Eyres of Samborne, yeoman, to Edward Miller, junior, of Welford, co. Glouc., yeoman, for £40 of 'the Close on the Greene', ¼ yard land of arable and ½ yard land of meadow in Welford, mortgaged for 500 years to the said Richard with other lands, etc. for £200 by Edward Caning of Stratford-upon-Avon, dyer, and Alice, his wife, 31 July 1647.
