Lease from Charles Fox, citizen and leather seller of London, son and heir of Michael Fox, the elder, late of Chacombe, co. Northants., esq., to John Fox of Chacombe, gent., and Joan, his wife, of a messuage, close of 3 acres, etc. in Chacombe, now or late in the tenure of Richard Fox, the elder, father of the said John Fox, to hold for the life of the longer liver, at a yearly rent of 10 shillings, the said John surrendering a lease from Michael Fox, dated 3 December 1646.
