Assignment by Elizabeth Dean, widow and executrix of the Rev. Edward Dean of Stratford-upon-Avon, clerk, to Henry Turbitt of Stratford, mercer, for £200 of a mortgage by John Hathaway late of Luddington and now of Radway, yeoman, to the said Rev. Edward Dean, 4 June 1749, of half a yard land in Shottery for 1000 years to secure the payment of £200 with interest at 4 per cent.
