Mortgage by John Bloxam of Seavern Stoke, co. Worc., gent., to Joseph Woolmer of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., of a lease from the Mayor, Aldermen, etc. of Stratford dated 6 October instant, of a messuage, etc. and two yard lands in Shottery in the parish of Old Stratford in the tenure of George Lowe, for 41 years, at a yearly rent of 20 shillings, such mortgage being to secure the repayment of £250, with £6 5s 0d interest on 8 April following.
