Lease from the Mayor, Aldermen etc. of Stratford-upon-Avon to John Bloxam of Severn Stoke, co. Worc., gent., son and executor of Thomas Bloxam late of Aston-sub-Edge, gent., of a messuage and two good yard land in Shottery in the parish of Old Stratford, late in the tenure of George Lowe, for 41 years, for a fine of £150 and a yearly rent of 20 shillings and a couple of capons to the Mayor on 1 January; a former lease to the said Thomas Bloxam being previously surrendered.

 

Witnesses: Christopher Smith, Thomas Woolmer.

 

With acquittance for £150 endorsed, signed by Henry Turbett, 'Camberlaine'.
