Assignment by Joseph Woolmer of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., by the appointment of Henry Churchill of Clifften in Deddington co. Oxon., and late of Stratford, gent., to Edward Ainge of Stratford, butcher, by the appointment of Leonard Sherington of Windsor, co. Berks, gent. (the last-named paying £130) of the mortgage for 900 years of a toft, messuage, etc. in Stratford, as above, no. 85, to hold the same to the said Edward Ainge in trust for the said Leonard Sherington to the intent that the residue of the term shall attend the freehold and inheritance, etc.
