Conveyance by William Dyde of Stratford-upon-Avon, baker, and Avice his wife to Michael Evetts of Old Stratford, innholder, and Clement Pane of the same, miller, of a messuage, malt-house etc. in Stratford-upon-Avon in Wood Street, late in possession of Joseph Smith and now in that of the said William Dyde and having tenements of Christopher Dale and Martha West on the west and east; in trust to the use of the said William Dyde for life and for a jointure for the said Avice his wife.
