Lease from the Mayor, Aldermen, etc. of Stratford-upon-Avon to Richard Watton of Stratford, carpenter, of a messuage etc. in Stratford in the Bridge Street between messuages of William Walford, shoemaker, on the east and Elizabeth Wareing, widow, on the west, for 41 years for a fine of £15 and a yearly rent of 6s.8d. and a couple of capons to the Mayor or 1s.6d in lieu thereof on 1 January; a former lease to Christopher Wareing being previously surrendered.
