Lease for a year from William Lord, late of Stratford-upon-Avon now of Birmingham, baker, son and heir of John Lord late of Stratford, baker, deceased, to William Page of Stratford, malt-maker, of a messuage, bakehouse, etc. in Stratford in Walkers Street alias Chappell Lane near the lower end and the waterside, now in the tenure of William Hunt and formerly divided into two tenements.
